Then join our Oracle Business Support team as a Change Agent, where you’ll help shape, plan and deliver changes that genuinely improve how a large organisation works. As an Oracle Business Support Change Agent, you’ll sit right in the middle of our Oracle change activity – helping to plan, test and roll out changes in a controlled, well-communicated way. You’ll create and update Oracle Guided Learning content and user guidance, work with business areas to understand what’s really needed, and make sure change records, risks and impacts are properly captured. It’s ideal if you enjoy fast-paced environments, joining the dots between teams, and making change feel manageable rather than scary.
