• Own and iterate A/B experiments to prove uplift.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points effectively.
• Present weekly trading insights confidently.

• Build & deliver smart, creative, data-driven search + merch strategies
• Tune Algolia (or similar) to make relevancy actually relevant
• Shape PLPs, brand listings and product ranking using AI-fuelled logic
• Own experiments. A / B test, iterate, prove the uplift
• Spot customer pain points and fix them better, faster, smarter
• Present weekly trading insights with confidence
