Job summary

Boots Opticians in Fareham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and contribute to a seamless customer journey across store operations and clinical services. You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute the commercial plan and support service delivery.

You will develop staff through coaching, participate in patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks, and oversee rotas and performance management as part of daily leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer facing role.
• Desire to learn.
• Led or coached a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey.
• Manage store operations and clinical activities including pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.
• Complete management tasks such as rotas, return to work reviews and performance management.
