Boots Opticians is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will work with the Store Manager to implement the commercial plan and drive growth, while overseeing customer service, store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks.

You will manage a diverse team, create rotas, conduct return to work reviews and performance management.
