Cubitts KX Group Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused Optical Associate to welcome customers, guide them through frame and lens choices, and bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll combine technical eyewear knowledge with warmth to create memorable experiences and support smooth store operations.

Role emphasizes excellent customer service, brand alignment, and a proactive, teamwork-oriented mindset. Optical experience is not essential but helpful, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience preferred.
Optical experience not essential but a bonus.
Comfort with guiding decisions and explaining options.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey aligned with our standards.
Communicate the Cubitts brand story, mission and values to enrich the customer experience.
Assist with frame and lens selection with expert product advice for individual needs.
Accurately dispense prescription and non-prescription lenses and explain options clearly.
Perform frame adjustments and basic repairs for a perfect fit.
Introduce customers to our Made to Measure service.
Maintain a clean, organised store environment with well-presented displays and stock.
Follow GDPR and patient confidentiality guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team and other departments to support store operations.
