Job summary

Specsavers Woolwich/ Charlton Riverside is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in store, using your customer service skills and passion for optics to create an outstanding experience for customers and the team.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months experience in an optician setting and the ability to commute to two locations. The role is full‑time (40 hours) with weekend work, and comes with comprehensive training and a range of employee benefits.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant.These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
• The ability to commiute two location.

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
