Job summary

Specsavers in Hounslow is looking for an Optical Assistant to welcome customers and support eyewear choices with excellent service. If you’ve worked as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, you could be the perfect fit.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, contributing to a high-energy store environment and providing knowledgeable help on optical products and services. The role is full-time, with weekend hours and a pension enrollment on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face in-store and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with eyewear selections and service, contributing to a smooth optical experience.

Optical Assistant - Hounslow

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

• Salary up to £30,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
• Full Time up to 40 hours per week including weekend working
