Job summary

Specsavers in Eltham is seeking an Optical Assistant who is a proactive, friendly people person with strong customer service skills. If you’ve worked as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this role could be perfect for you.

You’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand to create an outstanding store environment for customers and the team, with full-time hours (40 per week) and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of the store and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with eyewear and services to support sales and store environment.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant.These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
