Job summary

Kingswinford, Specsavers is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face for customers, bringing a passion for the Specsavers brand and strong service to create an outstanding store environment.

Ideal candidates have optical or Audiology experience, plus a basic knowledge of optical terminology. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with weekend work and benefits as part of the Specsavers team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face in the store and help customers with their needs.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
