Job summary

Specsavers Fareham is looking for an Optical Assistant who brings friendly, proactive customer service to our busy store. You’ll support dispensing, share product knowledge and help create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

With 40 hours a week across five days, including weekends, you’ll benefit from full training, pension enrollment, Specsavers Perks, WeCare and Headspace access, plus generous leave and family-friendly pay policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant.These include:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
