Job summary

Specsavers Chesham is seeking an Optical Assistant to join a proactive store team. The role emphasises great customer service, familiarity with optical products, and a friendly, helpful presence in-store.

The position is full-time (up to 38 hours per week, including weekend work) with training and development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants with optical experience are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Optical Assistant - Chesham

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
