Job summary

Specsavers Sidcup is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the optics team. You will bring enthusiasm for the Specsavers brand and help customers choose eyewear while embracing our service standards.

The role is full-time in a busy store, with training and development opportunities and a range of store benefits and discounts. Prior optical exposure is valued but training will be provided in-store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology terminology.
• Basic knowledge of optical products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly in-store service to customers.
• Assist customers with eyewear selection and fittings.
• Support day-to-day store operations and teamwork in a busy optical environment.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant.These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.
