Job summary

Anglian Water Group in Lincoln is looking for an Ops Services Dispatcher to join our Customer Services Teams on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of £26,000 per year, plus private healthcare and a generous pension.

You will schedule work for field resources, liaise with customers and technicians, and optimise operations to deliver excellent service. Start date: 18 January 2027. Closing date: 16 November 2026. Interviews: 25 November – 1 December 2026.
