Job summary

Anglian Water Group is seeking an experienced Emergency & Risk Mitigation Planner in Lincoln. The role covers developing emergency plans, advising incident teams, and coordinating risk mitigation across the Anglian region.

The position is a 12-month secondment, full-time (37 hours) with hybrid working between office and home. Salary circa £36,000, with eligibility for flexible hours to support incident responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency planning or disaster planning is desirable.
• Ability to work outside normal hours when responding to incidents.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Driving licence required to travel across the Anglian region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes and plans to prepare for and respond to operational incidents.
• Provide emergency planning advice to incident teams and stakeholders.
• Travel across the Anglian Region to support incident response and planning activities.
