Job summary

Anglian Water Group is seeking an Operational Control Manager for Water Recycling, based in Lincoln. This role supports the Tactical Operations shift teams, ensuring critical call traffic and work requests are prioritised and managed around a 24/7 rota.

The successful candidate will monitor operational systems, liaise with field teams, and ensure water quality compliance during planned and reactive events. A mandatory 12-hour shift pattern applies, with a 12-month secondment opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced 24/7 control room environment.
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated budget/financial control experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workloads and operational systems in real time to optimise asset performance.
• Coordinate with field teams to manage planned and reactive events.
• Ensure compliance and distribution of final water quality.
• Support Tactical Operations shift teams as the eyes and ears of the 24/7 control room.
