Rise & Fall, one of the UK’s fastest-growing modern luxury brands, is seeking a hands-on operations lead to scale our supply chain. You’ll manage inbound freight, 3PLs, and returns, while coordinating new market launches and keeping critical paths on track.

You will thrive in ambiguity, build automated systems with low-code and AI, and collaborate across product, marketing, and commercial teams. You’ll drive efficiency, automate manual work, and push continuous improvement to support fast growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or consulting in consumer scale-ups.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-spotting abilities.
• Strong cross-functional communicator who can bring structure to chaos.
• Data-savvy with comfort in spreadsheets and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Experience using low-code or automation tools to remove manual work.
• AI-curious and able to design workflows and agents for teams.

Responsabilités

• Own our supply chain operations, including inbound freight, 3PL relationships, and returns infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing lead times, cutting costs, and building automated systems to scale.
• Operationalise new market launches by partnering with marketing and product teams.
• Support business-wide projects as the cross-functional glue across the company.
• Build the operating system with automation and tooling across ops and CS to remove manual work.
• Improve customer experience by defining workflows with the customer service team.
