Adanola in Manchester is seeking a Head of Operations to own four verticals: Fulfilment, Final Mile, Returns, and Intake Logistics. You will set operating models, govern performance with 3PLs, and drive end-to-end process ownership across the organisation.

Ideal candidates bring senior operations experience in high-growth ecommerce, cross-border expertise (UK/US), NetSuite fluency, and a proven ability to lead without formal reporting lines, delivering measurable improvements in cost and service

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in operations, ideally in a high-growth e-commerce or consumer brand.
• Experience across more than one ops vertical (inbound logistics, fulfilment, returns, or final mile).
• Strong 3PL, freight forwarder, and carrier relationship management, including commercial negotiations.
• Fluency in NetSuite as a process owner.
• You are structured and data-led.
• Cross-border operations experience across UK and US.
• You lead and influence without a formal reporting line with clear communication.
• You take ownership instinctively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee global fulfilment operations through 3PL partners with SLA governance and performance management.
• Plan capacity with commercial and trading teams ahead of demand.
• Drive continuous improvement in outbound accuracy, speed, and cost.
• Manage 3PL contracts, rates, and partner evaluations as the business scales.
• Own final mile spend, procurement, and rate reviews.
• Define and optimise the intake logistics flow from freight handover to stock.
• Set standards, KPIs, and accountability for 3PL account managers.
