Job summary

Bloom & Wild, the UK-based direct-to-consumer flower and gifting company, is seeking a Supply Chain Lead in a hybrid role. You will architect the operational procurement function, build scalable stock planning systems, and drive automation across inventory management.

You will partner with Warehouse and Procurement Managers to deliver reliable availability while controlling costs and waste. You will lead a team of stock planners, establish KPI-driven processes, and shape growth initiatives for

Qualifications

• Experience leading a procurement or supply chain team.
• Track record in scaling supply chains for SKU growth.
• Strong data and systems mindset with automation experience.
• Proficiency in building automated tools and AI workflows.
• Experience with G-Suite and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead non-horticultural stock planning from scratch.
• Ensure optimal stock levels across sites, balancing availability and cost.
• Develop and automate supply chain tools and AI workflows.
• Lead weekly KPI reviews and standardised processes for the function.
• Coach and develop a team of stock planners and build internal succession.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to right-size inventory and de-risk peak periods.
• Support planning and execution during peak times or issues.
• Measure and improve supplier performance and SLA adherence.
