Job summary

TalentPool, a high-growth wellness brand in the UK, is seeking an ambitious Operations Executive to help scale operations in Central London. The role covers supply chain, logistics, inventory and order management, reporting to the Head of Operations and collaborating with commercial teams and external partners.

You’ll gain exposure across the full operational cycle, managing inventory, 3PL relationships, and inbound orders while supporting demand planning and procurement to drive process

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within operations, supply chain, logistics or planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems and ideally 3PL partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial, organised and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on and excited by a fast-paced scale-up environment.

I’m working with a high-growth wellness brand that is continuing to scale across the UK and internationally. They’re looking for an ambitious Operations Executive to join their UK team and play an important role in keeping the operation running smoothly as the business grows.

About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on position covering supply chain, logistics, inventory and order management. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations, commercial teams and external partners, gaining exposure across the full operational cycle. You’ll:

• Support inventory management and product availability
• Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL and logistics partners
• Coordinate inbound orders and support customer fulfilment
• Work alongside demand planning and procurement teams
• Monitor service levels and help resolve operational issues
• Identify opportunities to improve processes as the business scales

Your Experience

• 1+ years’ experience within operations, supply chain, logistics or planning
