Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group seeks a Supply Chain Lead to architect and scale our non-horticultural stock planning. You will drive availability, minimise waste, and build automated tools with AI workflows to support rapid SKU growth.

The role demands leadership of a stock planning team, cross-functional collaboration with commercial partners, and a data-driven mindset. You’ll shape processes, define KPIs, and mentor staff while ensuring robust operational systems as we scale across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or supply planning with team leadership.
• Proven track record in scaling supply chains and SKU expansion.
• Tech-savvy, systems-oriented with automation experience and AI awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the non-horticultural stock planning function from scratch.
• Lead stock availability across sites to maximise availability and minimise waste.
• Develop automated supply chain tools and AI workflows to reduce manual tasks.
• Establish standardised processes and weekly KPI reviews for proactive management.
• Coach and develop a team of stock planners and build succession.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to right-size inventories and manage excess stock.
• Support planning and execution during peak periods and incidents.
• Measure supplier performance and develop internal reporting and SLA governance.
