Job summary

TalentPool, a high-growth wellness brand in the UK, is seeking an ambitious Operations Executive to help scale operations in Central London. The role covers supply chain, logistics, inventory and order management, reporting to the Head of Operations and collaborating with commercial teams and external partners.

You’ll gain exposure across the full operational cycle, managing inventory, 3PL relationships, and inbound orders while supporting demand planning and procurement to drive process

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within operations, supply chain, logistics or planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems and ideally 3PL partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial, organised and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on and excited by a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management and product availability.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with 3PL and logistics partners.
• Coordinate inbound orders and support customer fulfilment.
• Work alongside demand planning and procurement teams.
• Monitor service levels and help resolve operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes as the business scales.
