Elix Sourcing Solutions is recruiting a Service & Installation Co-Ordinator to join a leading manufacturing group in Leicester. You will schedule engineers, create service plans and contracts for UK customers, and handle inbound service and warranty inquiries.

The role offers £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Training + Benefits, with Monday–Friday hours and one Saturday per month, 09:00–13:00. Training and progression opportunities are provided to develop your career within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or installation coordination.
• Willingness to develop skills and progress.
• Commutable distance to Leicester.

Responsibilities

• Managing a service team across the Midlands.
• Taking inbound service and maintenance calls.
