Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Ophthalmic Territory Manager to own an established ophthalmic territory across Kent, Sussex and SE London.

This field-based role offers a £50-65K basic salary, uncapped bonus (£13K+ achievable) and a £700 car allowance, with healthcare and pension benefits as part of a competitive package. The successful candidate will develop NHS business, engage with ophthalmic consultants and payer groups, and drive sales across secondary care and related networks with

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience into ICB/ICP networks.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ophthalmology experience ideally!

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across mainly secondary care, as well as dispensing GP practices and ICPs.
• Engage with ophthalmic consultants, medicines management and payer groups.
• Managing key accounts, winning new business, supporting and educating clinicians.
• Promote specialist ophthalmology products including dry eye & glaucoma drops.
• Develop existing NHS business and identify new formulary opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process across a clinically focused territory.
