Job summary

NuVision Biotherapies Ltd is seeking a field-based Territory Sales Manager to lead commercial expansion in the Midlands. You will develop plans to secure sales in NHS and private hospital facilities, including ophthalmology and optometry, and educate clinicians on the portfolio's value.

Success hinges on strong clinical knowledge, problem-solving in procurement-challenged environments, and the ability to travel frequently to build relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a medical/healthcare environment (min 3+ years)
• Degree in life sciences with a 2:1 classification
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (70–80%)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for your designated territory
• Retain existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Deliver against targets and report progress to Head of UK Sales
• Build and nurture relationships with Healthcare Professionals, procurement teams, and Key Opinion Leaders
• Represent NuVision at hospitals, clinics, and regional/national conferences
• Liaise with internal teams and third parties to maximise commercial effectiveness
• Maintain knowledge of NuVision’s portfolio and competitive landscape
• Utilise CRM for data management and informed decision making
