Job summary

Arvato in Corby is seeking an Operations Team Leader to drive day‑to‑day success. You will lead a team, coordinate workflows, and ensure service levels, quality standards and business objectives are met. This hands‑on role focuses on problem solving, process improvement and people development.

You will report to the Operations Manager, work 40 hours per week, and use SAP to manage activities, while contributing to safe, efficient operations and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with computerised systems in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience in a temperature-controlled environment is advantageous.
• Reliable with strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to meet SLA and performance targets.
• Plan and distribute work orders to balance workloads.
• Coordinate daily operations to meet deadlines and standards.
• Be the first contact for process and technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Identify issues and drive improvements with corrective actions.
• Own SLA compliance and sustained service levels.
• Use SAP to manage and monitor activities.
• Support resource planning, including staffing and infrastructure.
• Create and analyse operational reports to inform decisions.
