Job summary

Arvato Corby is seeking a detail-oriented Control Tower Operator to oversee daily logistics activity and coordinate cross-functional teams across warehouse, transport, and planning. You will monitor operations, drive issue resolution, and maintain KPI visibility to ensure service levels meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain environments.
• WMS SAP – essential.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel and other operational systems.
• Ability to analyse information and identify issues quickly.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Calm and professional approach under pressure.
• Confident to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational activity and performance across the site.
• Coordinate and prioritise workflows to support the smooth running of the operation.
• Identify operational issues, delays and exceptions and take appropriate action within our SAP WMS system.
• Work closely with warehouse, transport, planning and management teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and operational data, highlighting trends and areas requiring attention.
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear and timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the investigation and resolution of operational problems.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed consistently.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
