Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Corby site, leading a high-performing warehouse team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on daily operations, safety culture, and continuous improvement to meet service targets.

You will manage performance, coach staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyse operational data and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing KPIs and delivering against SLAs.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; WMS/SAP experience advantageous.
• Flexible and positive approach in a fast-paced environment.
