Arvato, a global logistics and supply chain specialist, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Corby site. You will lead a high-performing warehouse team, ensure safety, quality and on-time performance, and drive continuous improvement.

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring performance, quality and service targets are consistently achieved. You’ll inspire and develop your team while promoting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
