Job summary

Origin is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to oversee field personnel and the wider operations function in a hybrid role. You will supervise multiple units, optimise schedules and ensure SLAs are met with a focus on safety and efficiency.

We value five years of relevant experience, strong leadership, confidential handling of information, and excellent communication. You will drive process improvements, plan daily operations and support succession planning.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience; management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse, inventory control and/or logistics related business is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to earn team respect.
• Discreet, objective leadership with high confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to influence improvements.
• Ability to document business processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of operations to maximise scheduling and utilisation of team members.
• Manages flow of all operating processes to ensure timely duties are performed.
• Implements contingency plans and directs activities during issues or disasters.
• Reviews performance against targets and takes corrective action.
• Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning processes.
• Maintains positive relationships to maximise morale, productivity and effectiveness.
