Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is recruiting a Logistics Team Leader to manage a multi-site logistics operation. You will coach the team, oversee goods-in, warehousing, packing and distribution, and drive improvements to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication and a proactive approach within a fast-paced industrial setting, with an emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven logistics experience across warehousing, goods-in, materials handling and distribution.
• Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Clear and professional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and solutions-focused in fast-paced operations.
• Experience with lean or continuous improvement principles.
• Competence in ERP and IT tools, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing logistics team, coaching and developing individuals.
• Oversee goods-in, warehousing, materials handling, packing and distribution operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve quality and efficiency.
• Handle absence management, recruitment support, performance and health & safety matters.
• Build strong cross-site relationships with internal teams and external partners.
