Get Recruited Ltd in Middlewich seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a site transformation across warehouse, logistics and inventory. You will establish standards, processes and leadership discipline to support growth while developing the existing team.

You will inherit an established operation, drive Lean/P6 improvements and work with senior leadership to ensure safe, compliant and efficient performance, OTIF and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse/logistics operations.
• Track record of change and transformation.
• Ability to drive KPI improvements and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day performance of the logistics operation.
• Assess processes and lead site transformation projects.
• Instituting operational disciplines around KPIs and reviews.
• Improve OTIF, inventory accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Coach and develop site managers and team leads.
