Origin seeks a Team Lead, Operations to oversee field personnel and the overall operations function in a hybrid role. You will supervise staff across multiple units, drive process improvements and ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory control, or logistics is preferred.
• Proven leadership with the ability to earn team respect.
• Confidentiality and objective leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to influence improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to maximise scheduling and use of part-time and full-time staff.
• Monitor flow of all operating processes to ensure timely duties.
• Implement contingency plans during system problems or disasters.
• Review performance against targets and take corrective action.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning processes.
• Maintain productive relationships and promote a positive team climate.
• Represent the company brand professionally both internally and externally.
• Define accountability and performance standards for the team.
• Assist in transfers, promotions and succession planning.
