Job summary

Search is seeking a senior operations leader to own a large-scale logistics and delivery operation, driving performance, service quality and commercial results across a regional network.

You will lead regional operations, develop strategic plans to improve performance, manage senior operational teams, drive resource planning and continuous improvement, and take ownership of a significant P&L while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within logistics, distribution, parcel, transport or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and operational performance.
• Strong strategic planning, change management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading multi-site operations within a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality and cost control.
• Develop and deliver strategic plans to improve operational performance.
• Manage and develop senior operational teams.
• Drive resource planning, operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
