Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking an organised Operational Support Officer on a six month contract to join the Operational Support team. You will provide high quality administrative and operational support to frontline teams and work across departments to resolve issues early, minimising complaints and improving customer outcomes.

You’ll be based in Croydon with hybrid working options, handling multiple processes and maintaining accurate records while offering timely, reliable support to colleagues
