Job summary

Glasgow Science Centre is looking for an Operations team member to support the day-to-day management of our visitor-facing areas, from front-of-house to the gallery floors and events. You will help deliver a fun, safe and welcoming environment and ensure a coordinated, professional level of service at contact points.

Experience in visitor attractions or hospitality backgrounds are welcome as we value fresh perspectives and operational expertise across catering, events and retail.

Qualifications

• Experience in visitor attractions or cultural venues is valuable.
• Background in hospitality, catering, events, or retail operations is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day management of all areas.
• Supervise staff across front-of-house, food & beverage outlets, gallery floors, and events.
• Act as Duty Manager for specific events and ensure the Customer Service promise is delivered.
