Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking a Cinema Floor Staff member in Glasgow to welcome guests and support across Box Office, Café and Screens. You will help with ticket sales, concessions, and delivering memorable guest experiences while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle cash and card transactions, perform age checks for age-restricted screenings, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and fantastic service for

Qualifications

• Previous cinema, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for film and guest experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with ticket purchases and inquiries.
• Process ticket sales and concessions with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of films, showtimes and promotions.
• Upsell tickets, food, beverages and retail items.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare screens and ensure cleanliness between showings.
• Restock stock and keep displays tidy.
• Verify ages for alcohol and age-rated films.
• Process cash and card payments following procedures.
