Qualifications

• Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve operational KPIs.
• Driving a positive culture focused on safety, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring productivity, quality and service levels to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Managing staffing levels, performance, attendance and employee development.
• Working collaboratively with internal departments to resolve operational challenges.
• Supporting process improvements and implementing best practice across the operation.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
• Producing and analysing operational reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
