Job summary

Arvato in Corby is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing warehouse team, owning day-to-day operations, safety and customer service targets, and driving continuous improvement.

You will coach and develop staff, manage resource planning, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Inventory, Quality and Customer Services to deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• The ability to analyse operational data and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing KPIs and delivering against service level agreements.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (WMS/SAP experience is advantageous).
• A flexible and positive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing
