Pipe and Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring an Operations Supervisor in Eastleigh. The role drives team progression, supports health and safety, sales growth and P&L oversight, and requires flexible hours with early starts for feeder deliveries.

You'll lead and coordinate a small operations team, assist the Operations Manager, and ensure clear communication across departments while maintaining high service standards.

As an **Operations Supervisor**based in **Eastleigh** you’ll be responsible for:* Support and develop all team members with progression planning* Support the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control* Support the team with their day to day roles when needed* Communicate effectively across the businessThis is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday – Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm.
