Air Conveyance Supervisor

This role involves overseeing the Air Conveyances team to ensure tasks are completed to high standards and align with company values, maintaining quality service and a healthy work environment.

The successful candidate must be security cleared for an airside pass, possess a valid Level D Certificate, and hold a valid forklift license. A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.

Your Tasks:

• Coordinate and lead the warehouse team, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Manage transport bookings and liaise with drivers and providers
• Handle Customs entry processes according to regulations
• Communicate with airlines and resolve delivery/documentation issues
• Ensure forklift operators are certified and authorized
• Support warehouse operations hands-on when needed
• Maintain shift rotation and proper handovers
• Operate dispatching and Customs software (training provided)
• Adhere to CAA security regulations and promote vigilance and compliance

Experience & Skills:

• Honest, reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and pride in work
• Good financial understanding, excellent English communication, and willingness to follow manual and computer tasks
• Shift flexibility, including Sundays
• Proactive in process and system improvements
