Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Pauls is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead the Operations team and Master Apartments, ensuring top service and smooth daily operations across restaurant and conference bookings.

You will supervise, train and motivate staff, handle guest queries, and ensure all cash and till procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with hospitality teams.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Flexible to cover mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong hospitality mindset and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the activities of the Operations team and the Master Apartments.
