Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Pauls is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our front-of-house and Master Apartments teams, ensuring tasks are performed to a high standard. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate restaurant and conference bookings, serve food and drinks with hospitality, and resolve guest queries promptly.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, is essential for this role.

## Operations SupervisorApply: Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Pauls: Full time: Posted Yesterday: JR106344Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo Once you’re part of the team, you’re part of the Leonardo community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland!Role will include; • To supervise the activities of the Operations team and the Master Apartments, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and performing duties to a high standard • To be familiar with the days business, restaurant, and conference bookings so that you can prepare the team, the department and be ready for action • To serve food and drinks and give excellent customer service, being a role model to the team demonstrating great hospitality • To have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and to keep all areas clean and tidy at all times • To deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times • Training and motivating team members. • Ensuring all cash, charge, float, and till procedures are carried out correctly.
