Leonardo Hotels Bristol is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations on the floor, collaborating with the Head of Department to motivate the team and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will supervise service delivery, support training and coaching, and bring creativity to events, while embodying a positive, guest-focused culture that helps the venue shine.

Qualificações

• Must possess strong leadership and guest-service mindset.
• Experience in hospitality, team supervision, and staff coaching preferred.
• Ability to contribute ideas and lead by example.
• Comfort with supporting events and large guest flows.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed guest expectations through exceptional hospitality.
• Train and coach new team members to maintain service standards.
• Lead by example and bring creativity to the team’s activities.
• Assist with delivering events to create memorable moments for guests.
