Leonardo Hotels Belfast is seeking an Operations Manager to direct strategic hotel initiatives and oversee day-to-day operations in partnership with the General Manager.

You will lead a vibrant team, drive recruitment and induction programs, and collaborate with HR to create memorable guest experiences while upholding our brand standards across our hotel network.
