Job summary

Harrods is seeking an Operations Executive to own complex BAU activities, system improvements and projects within Customer Service. You will support Operations Assistants to ensure Harrods customers receive world-class service across every contact, using deep knowledge of our store, systems and processes to drive performance and implement change.

You will test new systems, manage stakeholders, deliver leadership presentations and develop requirements for changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations role with strong analytical and numeracy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead workshops, provide training and share information.
• Collaborative with strong organisational skills and ability to adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate new systems and develop training material as required.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clear status updates on progress, timelines and challenges.
• Deliver leadership presentations when necessary.
• Develop documentation and requirements for system or process changes.
• Ensure business continuity plans support Customer Service with minimal disruption.
