Responsibilities

• Lead the first line of support for processing large and complex transactions.
• Plan and deliver motivational daily team briefs with performance updates and success stories.
• Manage escalations and complex issues to restore service efficiently and with risk controls.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs are met, and maintain strong risk management practices.
