Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager in a cleaning environment or similar operation requiring reactive and proactive mindset.
• Regular, high-quality time spent at the front of the operation with operatives and team leaders.
• Strong HR policy awareness to ensure right practices for people at all times.

• Lead the cleaning operation with a hands-on approach to motivate and develop the team.
