Job summary

Kinetic Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Operational Governance Lead to oversee cross‑functional coordination across Support Services in the UK. You will manage the consolidated plan, drive weekly and monthly reviews and ensure accurate visibility of workloads, capacity and risks.

You will develop management information on revenue, margin and invoicing, coordinate procurement visibility and work with Finance and Service Managers to improve forecasts and reduce outstanding work.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations and service coordination within a comparable environment.
• Strong planning, organisation and cross-functional coordination capability.
• Good commercial and financial awareness, including forecasts and invoicing milestones.
• Ability to analyse information and produce clear management reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated operational plan and coordinate weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Maintain an integrated view of workload, capacity, commitments and risks.
• Develop management information covering revenue, margin, invoicing and cash.
• Coordinate visibility of quotations, purchase orders and milestones within delegated authority.
• Work with Finance and Service Managers to improve forecasts and reduce uninvoiced work.
• Identify resource constraints and support decisions on overtime, subcontracting and cover.
• Standardise processes, trackers and reporting across service teams.
• Provide oversight and escalation support for the Service Coordinator / Buyer function.
• Maintain risks and actions, support audits and ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with Finance, Commercial, Procurement, HR, Engineering and Project teams.
