Contracts IT in Bristol is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to coordinate complex operational activities across multiple locations, including overseas environments.

You will renew and oversee project plans, coordinating activity and ensuring personnel, equipment and logistical support are in place for planned operations. This role suits someone with experience in high‑risk or dispersed operations and senior-level coordination.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in managing complex operations across multiple sites or regions.
• Strong background in logistics, cargo or freight management.
• Senior-level coordination and planning experience with high-risk or dispersed operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate complex operational activities from planning through to delivery.
• Renew and oversee project and operational plans.
• Coordinate UK and overseas operations and ensure required personnel and equipment are in place.
• Plan and manage movement of equipment, personnel, cargo and freight to locations.
• Coordinate logistics in challenging environments and remote locations.
• Support live operations with understood logistics requirements.
• Coordinate training, equipment transport and local arrangements.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure plans are achievable and delivered.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues independently.
• Adapt plans quickly as requirements change.
• Provide oversight and maintain clear communication across workstreams.
• Attend face-to-face workshops and Abbey Wood, Bristol as required.
• Take on additional management responsibilities across related workstreams.
• Operate with autonomy and prioritize work without close supervision.
