Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Project Operations Manager to oversee multiple live projects across the UK. The role entails keeping programmes, resources, costs and commercial performance under tight control while supporting field delivery teams.

You will lead the project support function, coordinate the Project Coordinator and Project Administrator, and ensure accurate information flows to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project programmes, milestones and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project programmes, milestones and deadlines across several live UK projects.
• Monitor progress and implement recovery plans when projects fall behind.
• Manage project budgets, costs, variations and overall commercial performance.
• Maintain accurate forecasts for programme, resources, costs and outcomes.
• Plan and allocate labour, plant, subcontractors, materials and other resources.
• Ensure resources are available when required and anticipate shortages.
